We hired Mike for my moms memorial day picnic and he did an outstanding job! He had two grills going and fed about 50 of us. Was such a nice guy too and made my mom happy- she's a tough cookie to please.

“Rehearsal dinner for 25 people.  The dinner was amazing.  I just could not have been happier with the experience.  I actually got to enjoy the time with my guests... all 25 of them!  Mike did a fantastic job preparing, cooking and clean up.  Just Awesome!  It was all everyone was talking about at the wedding the next day.  Mike even brought all of his own cookware.  He boxed up all the uneaten food promptly and washed/cleaned up thoroughly.  When he left, it was like he had never been there.  He honestly gave us a great meal and an experience no one in attendance will soon forget.”

Mike recently came to our home to cook as a Valentines Day surprise for my wife and daughters.  I can not say enough about how kind, courteous, clean and professional he was during the entire evening.  Not to mention the food - was wonderful!  We would recommend his services to anyone for dinner parties, or other events.
