Imagine having a party where you are able to spend time with your guests, not have to grocery shop or stress over the cooking, serving and clean up afterwards?
From a genuine love of cooking and entertaining, what started out as a side business passion in 2015 has turned into 10 years of hosting numerous events and special occasions for thousands of people all over the country.
I have enjoyed meeting so many people, sharing my passion and my recipes with them as well as interacting with guests alike. I like to say that I am a personable chef!

I've hosted so many types of occasions: Small Weddings, Rehearsal Dinners, Showers, Bachelor/Bachelorettes, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Golf Outings, Ladies Nights and Beach Vacationers.
I generally cater to small parties from 2 to 25 people.

I come from an Italian family and love all types of Mediterranean cuisines. I was born & raised in CT enjoy making South Carolina my permanent home. Since moving here, I have enjoyed learning so much about Southern cuisines and integrating them into new ideas.
I do not have a college football team so I am non-denominational. I am a long time Yankee and baseball fan so I enjoy rivalry talk.
Cooking and music go very well together - I'm an eccentric Beatles fan... Any mention of their music and I may go into boring, deep conversations about their history, music, and trivia. I enjoy jamming while I'm cooking so feel free to turn up the music!
I love dad jokes and comedic impressions.
I will sit through to the end of a movie to watch all of the credits.
To some kids, the coolest thing about me is I share a birthday with Taylor Swift...
When not cooking, I enjoy the beach, road trips, playing cards or board games, music in the background, and dining out with the wife.

What I love about my job is the gathering of friends and family enjoying a meal together - sharing stories, laughs, and memories. It is always a rewarding experience!
