Imagine having party where you are able to spend time with your guests and not have to grocery shop and stress over the cooking, serving and clean up afterwards?
From a genuine love of cooking and entertaining, what started out as a side business passion in 2015 has turned into 10 years of hosting numerous events and special occasions for thousands of people all over the country.
I have enjoyed meeting so many people and sharing my recipes with them as well as interacting with guests alike. I like to say that I am a personable chef!

Some of the events I host are: Small Weddings, Rehearsal Dinners, Showers, Bachelor/Bachelorettes, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Golf Outings, Ladies Nights and Beach Vacationers.
I generally cater to small parties from 2 to 25 people.

Being of Italian descent, I cannot get enough of the flavors of Mediterranean food. Born & raised in CT but my heart is in warm and friendly South Carolina, I have enjoyed learning so much about Southern cuisines and integrating into new ideas.
I do not have a college football team so I am non-denominational. Always a long time Yankee ... and baseball fan.
Cooking and music go very well together - I'm an eccentric Beatles fan... Any mention of their music and I may go into boring, deep conversations about their history, music, and trivia.
To some kids, the coolest thing about me is I share a birthday with Taylor Swift... I'm much much older than she is.
When not cooking, I enjoy the beach, relaxing with a glass of beer or wine, playing cards or board games, music in the background, road trips and dining out with the wife.

What I love about my job is the gathering of friends and family enjoying a meal together - sharing stories, laughs, and memories. It is always a rewarding experience!
